Robert has one clear goal: to ensure that by the end of your time working with him you would describe his involvement as nothing but outstanding. After making the transatlantic move to St Petersburg himself, he knows how daunting and overwhelming this process can be and how key a realtor is not only in helping to make the right decisions but also in alleviating the stress and taking on the workload. Robert believes that there are no silly questions, that the more you know the better equipped you are to make the right choices. He wants to make sure there is no uncertainty or ambiguity and that every decision made is done so with certainty, confidence, and precision.

Robert’s mastery of communication and interpersonal skills comes from a background in education. Spending 5 years in Spain teaching adult students how to communicate effectively and efficiently in English, he learned quickly how to make himself understood and how best to enable others to do the same. From lawyers to doctors, military officers to university students, musicians to engineers, people from all walks of life never left the classroom or finished a course without a feeling of great satisfaction, happy with the progress they had made thanks to the combined efforts of themselves and their teacher and enthusiastic to take the next step to proficiency.

It was there in Connecticut he began his Real Estate career and discovered that many of the skills he had acquired over the years were easily transferable to his new job. Lessons he had learned such as, communication is key to success, working together with a client to achieve a mutual goal, the value of honesty and integrity, and how to earn the respect and loyalty of others all proved extremely useful. He fell in love with St. Petersburg years ago while on a trip there to conduct his brother’s wedding ceremony and when the opportunity arose to join the prestigious Price Group team he couldn’t pass it up. The mentoring he received from a combined 50 years of experience in the team was invaluable and the team continues to grow with his added enthusiasm and hard work. The team boasts a membership in the Legends Society of Coldwell Banker as well as being in the top 1% of Pinellas country realtor teams and selling $62 Million worth of property in 2017.
