Amenities & Character

Access to North Tampa, including Raymond James Stadium, via I 275 is less than 5 minutes away. The area is also home to one of Pinellas County’s most beloved nature parks, Weedon Island Nature Preserve which includes 3 miles of hiking trails and a 45 foot observation tower.
The community also has its own park which has a children’s play area as well as a workout zone for adults. Whether it is the Christmas Boat Parade or the Annual Police and Fire Hero Picnic, this neighborhood offers that down home feeling no matter where you are from.
Association and Activities
The Riviera Bay Civic Association holds various community oriented events each year. As a result of the neighborhood yard sales, “night out” with St. Petersburg Police Department, and holiday events, Riviera Bay is a fun and tightly knit community. RBCA also host several clean-ups in the area per year and encourages neighborly love. They are very active on their Facebook page, communicating events and encouraging outreach.
